what is aqua Cremation?

Aqua Cremation is a gentle and natural process that uses water instead of fire to return a beloved pet back to Mother Nature. In nature, this process can take years, but with the advancement in technology, this aqua/water cremation process takes less than 24 hours. It is the same process that occurs in nature if pet’s body is laid to rest in the soil.

Identification process

A peace of mind and the return of pet’s ashes entrusted to our care.

We have all heard horror stories of the wrong pet remains returned to families and we understand the need for proper identification and return of ashes to the owner. Hence, a key importance in our pet funeral service. Here is the 7-point pet ID tracking procedure that we have developed and follow from start to end:

  1. At the time of transferring your pet into our care, we attach a unique identification tag with your pet’s name with your pet. The person releasing the body into our care – family, nurse, vet – acknowledges and sign off that they are releasing the specific pet to us.
  2. At our facility (pet crematorium), a case number and a metal ID-Tag are created matching the first ID-Tag with the case number attached to the pet.
  3. Prior to the pet cremation, all the documentation and ID tags are reviewed.
  4. The unique identification tag on your pet matching the paperwork is placed in the cremation chamber with the body. The only items that remain after the cremation process are your pet’s bones(ashes) and that metal ID-Tag. The bones are then processed and placed into a bag that is closed/secured.
  5. If necessary, you could trace this ID-Tag back through the paperwork to see all the details of the process – who transferred the pet, at what time, who was operating the crematorium, and even the weather at the time of cremation.
  6. The process has been designed to have multiple checks at each stage of the process to maintain the integrity and security of your pet, ensuring that you receive the exact remains of your pet entrusted to our care.
  7. We are committed to returning the ashes of your pet. We absolutely care and for that reason, we put every safeguard in place.

Donate your pet items

“Pets . . . do not ruin their sleep worrying about how to keep the objects they have, and to obtain the objects they have not. There is nothing of value they have to bequeath except their love and their faith.” – Eugene O’Neill

If you wish to donate all or some of your pet’s items such as beds, food bowls, leash, beds, toys and brushes, etc. We are glad to help and assist your cause for the very deserving animals in our local shelters and rescue organisations.

Simply notify our team, prepare the items and we will do the rest.
