We'd like to provide as much clarity and transparency as we can in terms of our pricing, having a discussion first to talk through your needs in detail. If taking you around our facility and explaining the cremation processes in person will help you understand our processes better or simply ease your mind, please reach out to us and we will try our best to make that happen.
We offer a variety of packages tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences. Through our process, pets are cremated in individual chambers (a single pet per chamber), so owners will have their loved one's individual ashes, be it for safekeeping or for sea scatter.
Alternatively, clients may choose to have their pets cremated in a group (communal cremation), where beloved pets are cremated alongside other furry companions.
All our packages, cover all the necessary from start to end. Our service packages will include time for you to privately spend with your pet alongside the funeral arrangements, setup, urns for the storage of your pet's ashes and the return of ashes to families.

I am grateful to Yang and his team including Raj and Zai in Roxy's final journey in crossing the rainbow bridge.
When Roxy passed, it was at the hospital and I was alone. Knowing that I wanted a non-fire based cremation for Roxy, I called The Green Mortician for help but without really knowing what is involved. Distraught and crying on the other end of the phone, Yang clearly answered the questions I had and also assured me that there are some things I don't have to decide immediately and can also change my mind if I decide to. This gave me the headspace and time to spend time with Roxy in the hospital and not worrying about making any regretful decisions when I was overcome with grief.
When Zai arrived to pick up Roxy, i was very comforted by the way she was handled for pick-up as I watched her being driven away. When the memorial service was held a couple days later at The Green Mortician premises, the peaceful and zen surroundings also allowed me to mourn in grief as family and friends said their last goodbyes.
Looking back, it was a difficult and painful few days after Roxy's passing but a huge amount of credit goes to The Green Mortician in all that they have done to help the sending off of Roxy more bearable than would be, otherwise.

GM were incredibly helpful. Upon calling them and informing them of my pet’s situation, they came down within the hour and helped settle everything very professionally. The memorial they held was perfect for my dog. Staff were helpful and very considerate. 10/10
They helped give my Shetland a dignified end and were understanding and empathetic throughout.
Pearlyn and the rest of the team have been incredibly supportive along our journey when Yoshi passed on 17th Sept 2024. They were extremely professional and kind during the memorial service, follow up etc. We paid for the standard package to expedite the process of the cremation and surprisingly it took about 3-4 days to complete and we could receive the urn during night time. The idea of aqua cremation was also very interesting and the prices of the packages were quite reasonable as well. There was no hidden cost as mentioned on their website. Overall, I feel that I would engage their service again in the near future as I have another dog approaching his senior years (unfortunately life sucks). We came across The Green Mortician in 2023 when our corgi sadly passed on. Both my wife and I were looking for an alternative as compared to a very fiery and scary looking cremation process.
Yang was super empathetic about the situation we were in and covered the entire process in a very methodical, kind and sincere manner.
Although we were grieving the loss of our corgi, Yang made the process that much better for all us. It was a calm and beautiful process. He took the time to go through the entirety of the aqua cremation process with my family and I.

Very respectful and accommodating from start to end. Requested for their services after our cockatiel passed away and they replied swiftly, within a few hours our pet was collected and sent to be cleaned up and prepped for her service.

We couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with for the service they had conducted for our late cockatiel. The Green Mortician, from start to finish, was very respectful and very patient with us and it made the process less painful to go through. After being explained to on what aqua cremation is, we immediately knew that we would want our child to have only the best, even when they’re not with us anymore. The bones that resulted from the aqua cremation were the cleanest and most intact bones I have seen. I highly recommend them for those wanting the best for their fur/feather children.
Our dog Digit passed at 1.59am. The Green Mortician answered our call and came to pick her up. Throughout the entire process, from the moment Yang came to pick her up to the funeral ceremony, there was so much thought and love and care put into it that it allowed us to grieve properly and not have to worry at all. Even the way he carefully picked her up to place her in the bag touched my heart. The van she was driven away in had flowers and special niche for her to be safely transported. The Green Mortician's space was beautiful, even the music was peaceful and soothing, and they had hand sanitisers and tissue paper at the ready. They asked for three photos from us, which were then printed out for the memorial service. They also made a digital invitation with all the relevant information so we were able to send that to our friends easily. Digit is the first pet I've had that passed away, and I'm glad we went with the Green Mortician because the entire experience was made so much less painful.
Edit: having been to another pet funeral recently, I'm adding a few other benefits that I didn't realise before. The location of The Green Mortician is much easier to get to than most others because the flameless cremation technique means they don't need to be situated in a far flung area. You can take public transport here and actually get a private hire car. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable with sofas and couches. The memorial service was 2 hours long, and we were able to extend it further, which gave our friends time to arrive and for us to really sit with Digit and process it all.

When my pet parrotlet: Bubble crossed the rainbow bridge on 15 July 2024 (Mon). I made a call at 3am plus and Mr Yang was very professional and nice. Mr Zai who arrived to pick up Bubble was also very gentle and polite.
They have been sympathetic and professional in helping Bubble throughout his final journey. And they have constantly been updating me throughout the whole process.
As my wife is overseas at that point of time. Having the constant updates with photos that Bubble is well taken care of, gives our family members the assurance that he is in good hands during his final journey.

Highly recommend and will definitely engage Yang’s services again. I have known about The Green Mortician for a while prior to my pet’s passing, and only contacted Yang the day he passed on. The entire process was very respectful, from the call and texts sharing with me the various packages, to understanding my family’s needs and requirements for the final farewell. 3 months after our pet’s passing, we also received a small bouquet alongside a handwritten note, which was very touching. The green mortician is a great alternative to going through the traditional fire cremation. For me having attended a friend's pet wake and cremation, I couldn't bear to put Meow Meow into the fire. I'm so happy there's such a great alternative and very willing to foot the bill. There are great options for memorabilia and the staff (pearlyn) are so kind and understanding. I had to come in after office hours and later as my cat's euthanasia was scheduled late. This being the last time I get to hold her I wanted to bring her in myself. The team was able to grant me this wish and didn't fault us for taking long. I really appreciated their kindness as it was so hard to say goodbye. Thanks to the team I was able to say goodbye to Meow in a peaceful way. Since then I've recommended this alternative to anyone who would listen and genuinely hope that the business continues to grow. I opted for a beautiful oat coloured urn, paw prints and a fur charm. The team provided us with fur bottles as well. Which i look at almost on a daily basis
Honestly before my beloved boy left us, I am already thinking of what I should do or whom I should engage when the day comes. So I came across The Green Mortician through social media, and they were one of my top choices for my dog’s funeral aftercare. The fact that they use water instead of fire for cremation gave me a bit more relief and assurance that the process will be more gentle since my dog already has underlying health issues, and I can’t imagine him going through fire while suffering.

It was a very tough time for me to accept that my pet has gone forever. Throughout this period, I am extremely thankful to have Green Mortician as our cremation service provider. From the moment they collected Prince, they gave him the respect that he deserved. They groomed Prince last look and made him look so handsome as he was on his journey. They have arranged for me the Buddhist prayer as I requested and did a super nice flower arrangements for him. They have given me a complimentary photo frame for Prince to remember him and the last service of sea scattering also amazed me. It made me feel like Prince has gone on a colorful lotus with real peace. They have indeed brought me so much comfort to my heart which reminds me of the very famous Japanese movie: Departures. And now I fully understand how meaningful this job can be 🙏😇
